General Policy
• All Ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Cancellation Requests
• Cancellations are allowed under the following conditions:
1. Up to 5 days after purchase, provided the event is more than 48 hours away.
2. Less than 48 hours before the event, cancellations will not be accepted.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@connectingdotsevents.com.
Exceptions
• Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the organizer.
• If the event is rescheduled, participants will have the option to transfer their Ticket to the new date or request a refund.
Dispute Resolution
• For any disputes or issues related to registration or payment, please contact us at info@connectingdotsevents.com within 7 days of the event date.
